Nova Scotia Paramedics, under IUOE Local 727, required a unified digital platform to streamline member administration and remittance management. The objective was to replace manual processes with a secure, structured, and role-based system that centralises operational, financial, and communication workflows.

The solution was designed as a modular web platform integrating member data, employer remittances, financial tracking, and QuickBooks connectivity — all within a single dashboard environment.
